The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Phil Owen Phelps, the Committee to Elect Phil Phelps, paid about $161 to Vantiv E-Commerce during 2018, according to quarterly campaign statements filed with the Michigan Secretary of State.

The committee has spent about $161 total since the beginning of the year, 100 percent of which has gone to Vantiv E-Commerce.
