The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the public institution in Flint conferred 395 bachelor's degrees and 133 doctor's degrees in health professions and related programs.
But the single most popular program was for a bachelor's degree in registered nursing/registered nurse. Data shows the school gave out 248 bachelor's degrees in registered nursing/registered nurse, followed by 80 bachelor's degrees in health/health care administration/management and 71 doctor's degrees in physical therapy/therapist.
The university enrolled 7,532 students for 2017-18, including 6,097 in undergraduate programs and 1,435 in graduate programs.
