Join SweatNET Grand Rapids, Urban You & Nicole Hensch for a relaxing evening in the Urban You’s salon space located in Eastown. This event will be a fun new experience for SweatNET GR members split into two parts, so you get to participate in both!
Part 1 will showcase The Urban You’s services and a new at home experience called Urban You for Me. Try out their Facial Fitness program and Little Barn Apothecary products first hand! You will also get to learn all about the amazing services Urban You has to offer!
The other part of this fun evening will be a restorative yoga flow guided by Nicole Hensch. Class will be slower paced with thoughtfully chosen postures which are held for multiple breaths. All levels welcome–bring your own mat, water, and a friend!
