City of Swartz Creek issued the following announcement on Nov 9.
Swartz Creek City crews are now inspecting and flushing the fire hydrants throughout the city. This is a routine process that ensures hydrant function and clears mineral deposits from the water mains. You may encounter some water discoloration and cloudiness. Users are advised to run the cold water until it is clear. The water is safe to drink.
