City of Fenton issued the following announcement on Feb 7.
The City Council is scheduled to discuss the draft plan to improve the city's streets using voter-approved bond funds.
The plan, which covers the first of at least three phases of work, would start in the number streets and include sewer and water improvement in the second year.
