Boil Water Advisory Lifted for Owen Road Businesses

Water044

City of Fenton issued the following announcement on Feb 20.

The City of Fenton has lifted a boil water advisory that had been in effect for a small section of Owen Road near U.S. Highway 23, but could be lifted by early afternoon on Sunday.

After multiple tests, the water has been determined to meet state drinking water standards.

A water main break on Friday had prompted the advisory, which affected businesses along Owen Road from U.S. 23 to Alloy Road, including the Mobil/Tim Horton's, Taco Bell, McDonald's and Culver's.
