City of Linden recently issued the following announcement.
The City of Linden is currently accepting applications for consideration of appointment to the Planning Commission (PC)! Regular meetings of the PC are held on the first Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m., unless a holiday conflicts. Members of the Commission are local resident volunteer representatives and serve without compensation.
-The Board of Review (BOR) meets annually on the 3rd Monday in March to consider appeals to property assessments, poverty exemption applications, and tax roll corrections. Additionally, the Board meets in July and December for tax roll corrections only. The Board of Review members are appointed by City Council.
