On Saturday, Feb. 8, former Clio Area High School standout Brooklyn Rushton’s current college team, the Barry Buccaneers, won 5-3 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Colorado Mines Orediggers.

The game took place at Buccaneer Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Orediggers this season.

The Buccaneers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 9 at 12:05 p.m. at Buccaneer Softball Field against Wingate Bulldogs.
