On Saturday, March 29, former Flushing High School standout Gavin Balius’ current college team, the Ball State Cardinals, won 5-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Akron Zips.

The game took place at Skeeles Field. This was their second matchup against the Zips this season.

The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 30 at 1 p.m. at Skeeles Field against Akron Zips.
