The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Phil Owen Phelps, the Committee to Elect Phil Phelps, paid about $1 to Vantiv E-Commerce between January and June 2019, according to quarterly campaign statements filed with the Michigan Secretary of State.

The committee has spent about $1 total during the first half of the year, 100 percent of which has gone to Vantiv E-Commerce.
