Genesee County Health Department issued the following announcement on May 23.
According to the U.S. Department of Health and Humman Services (DHHS), adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity each week.
Staying physically active can help you live a longer, healthier life by reducing the risk of common chronic diseases like diabetes or heart disease.
