NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
Please take notice the Genesee County Economic Development Corporation has a scheduled meeting on July 28, 2020 for the following:
Economic Development Corporation Regular Meeting – 12 Noon
In order to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, to protect the public health and provide essential protections to vulnerable citizens, it is crucial that all citizens take steps to limit in-person contact. These critical mitigation measures include social distancing and limiting the number of people interacting at public meetings. Governor Gretchen Whitmer issued Executive Order No. 2020-15 on March 18, 2020 allowing remote participation in public meetings and hearings for public bodies subject to the Open Meetings Act.
For these reasons, the Economic Development Corporation of the County of Genesee will hold these Board Meetings virtually. Any member of the public may participate in these meetings as follows:

In order to speak by telephone, please register via email to tjoseph@flintandgenesee.org . You may send your questions at that time and a participation code will be sent to you via email.

You will then receive a return call with a participation code and call-in number
During the meeting your name will be called to speak during public comment, and you will be allowed 2 minutes to speak and then the comment time will be muted. Questions or comments sent via email will be read when the registered phone calls are complete.
