Democratic Party candidate Phil Owen Phelps' committee, the Committee to Elect Phil Phelps, paid $100 to Friends of Santino Guerra between January and June 2020, according to quarterly campaign statements filed with the Michigan Secretary of State.

The committee has spent $100 total during the first half of the year, 100 percent of which has gone to Friends of Santino Guerra.
