City of Clio recently issued the following announcement.
PEOPLE WHO HAVE FELONY RECORDS will have an opportunity to get a clean record slate during a weekend expungement fair at Mott Community College.
The expungement fair will be held from noon to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, September 25, 2021 at Ballenger Field House located on Mott Community College’s Flint campus located at 1401 East Court Street.
An expungement fair is an event where people begin the legal procedure of having an old criminal conviction removed from their court record by a judge.
