Kent District Library - Grandville issued the following announcement on Sept 22.
Due to construction, our Grandville Branch will be closed to in-branch visits and only offer curbside service from Monday, Sept. 27 through Thursday, Oct. 7. The outdoor book drop at this branch will be closed from Wednesday, Sept. 22 through Wednesday, Sept. 29.
To make things easier for you, due dates for any items that are due back during this period have been extended through Tuesday, Oct. 12.
On Friday, Oct. 8 at 9:30 AM, the Grandville Branch will hold a ribbon-cutting for the newly renovated building. Once this ceremony is finished at 10 AM, the branch will resume regular, in-branch service to patrons.
We thank you for your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this might cause. During this time, we encourage you to visit one of our other 19 locations that perhaps you've never been to before.
