City of Dewitt recently issued the following announcement.

More questions than answers, but we are "two-tired" to list all of them here. Looks like someone with a "wheelie" good arm hid a woman's bike on the pavilion roof at the Dinosaur Park off of Dill/Bridge St. Bike will be held at the City Police Department.
