City of Flint issued the following announcement on Feb 25.
The Flint ReCAST Program assists high-risk youth and families in Flint impacted by the Flint Water Emergency. ReCAST seeks to promote resilience and equity through implementation of evidence-based violence prevention, community youth engagement, and trauma-informed behavioral health services.
