NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Davison Zoning Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 immediately following the Zoning Amendment Public Hearing. at the Davison City Hall, 200 East Flint Street, Davison, MI 48423, for the purposes of hearing comments and input regarding a rezoning request at 308 W. Flint St. The parcel is:
LOT 6 ASSESSOR’S PLAT CITY OF DAVISON, 52-04-579-006, commonly known as 308 W. Flint Street
The specific request is consider a rezoning request from A-3 (Single Family Residential District) to C-2 (Traditional Neighborhood District). A detailed description of the property and the application for the rezoning request are more particularly described and on exhibit at City Hall. The Davison City Hall is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., during which time the Zoning Ordinance, Zoning Map and any other available public documents may be examined. Written comments regarding the above may be directed to the City of Davison, or by calling (810) 653-2191. Persons needing special assistance should contact the City two working days prior to the meeting.
