4th Annual Paint Your Spot for Seniors

Bentley Community:

We will be having our 4th Annual Paint Your Spot for Seniors on both Saturday and Sunday of this week August 13th and August 14th *Weather Permitting*.

Students will be able to paint their parking spots from (9:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M.) on Saturday and from (9:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M.) on Sunday.

The lot will be open and spots are given out on a first come/first serve basis. You will be able to paint over the spot you choose and then paint your spot.

The cost for the year is $20.00 this will ensure the spot if yours for the year.  You will have to come into the office and pay the $20 tomorrow or Friday to pick-out your spot. Spots will be on a first come/first serve basis.

*You will need to come in and pick-up and fill out the parking permit form from Mrs. Crabtree before you are able to paint a spot this year*

Paint Requirements:

WATER BASED EXTERIOR LATEX paint is the only type of paint that can be used. Students will also need to leave an approximately four-inch unpainted border between the white parking space lines and the paint in their parking spot. Please use blue painters tape to ensure this border is accomplished. You may purchase WATER BASED EXTERIOR LATEX paint at retail stores like Sherwin Williams, Lowes, Home Depot, and Ace Hardware. All paint will be the responsibility of the student.

Unapproved Paints:

No oil based, reflective, spray paint and fluorescent paints are allowed

*Please paint your spot appropriately. If not we will come back later in the day and paint over it and you will lose your spot and potentially your parking privileges for the year. This is meant to be fun and please do not be 'that person' who ruins for everyone*

Thanks and hope to see all the Seniors this weekend!

-BHS Staff-

*Saturday August 20th and Sunday the 21st will be a make-up day if it rains this weekend or make-up if you cannot come this weekend*
