Harvestfest UPDATE:
Police Chief Hartz and Fire Chief Spaniola has confirmed that their departments will be at Harvestfest with vehicles, handouts and more.
Sherriff Brian BeGole will be on hand with the Shiawassee Emergency Command Center. He will be bringing handouts and treats.
The Durand Cruizers Car Club will be bringing their classic cars. Children may trick or treat at the cars to receive a treat.
