NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Davison Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at 7:05 p.m. at the Davison City Hall, 200 East Flint Street, Davison, MI 48423, for the purposes of hearing comments and input regarding a proposed zoning map amendment for the parcel located at 320 W. Flint St.
The parcel is: IN E 305.86 FT TH N 89 DEG 52 MIN 40 SEC E 330.11 FT TO PL OF BEG ASSESSORS PLAT NO 8 OWNED & OCCUPIED AS ONE PARCEL (04) FR 52-04-578-018 & 579-010 & 579-011 & 579-012 & 579-013 & 579-014 & 579-017 & 579-018 & 580-001
The specific request is to rezone part of the parcel from A-3 (Single Family Residential District) to C-3 (Commercial General Business District). A detailed description of the property and the application for the rezoning request are more particularly described and on exhibit at City Hall. The Davison City Hall is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., during which time the Zoning Ordinance, Zoning Map, Master Plan and any other available public documents may be examined. Written comments regarding the above may be directed to the City of Davison, or by calling (810) 653-2191. Persons needing special assistance should contact the City two working days prior to the meeting.
