Researchers at Michigan State University are partnering with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services and the Saginaw County Health Department to collect your thoughts about the major environmental health issues facing the community of Saginaw, Michigan. Residents are invited to complete an online survey with questions about environmental and community health, thoughts about responsible agencies, and information about themselves. Those who complete the survey will be sent a $10 Amazon Gift Card via postal mail—note only one card will be provided per household. Please direct any questions to Dr. Joe Hamm at jhamm@msu.edu
