Brooklyn Rushton, former Clio Area High School softball player will compete with her collegiate team for the NCAA Division II Softball Championship

Former Clio Area High School standout and current Barry Buccaneers player, Brooklyn Rushton will compete in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship.

They begin the tournament as a number five seed against the fourth seeded Nova Southeastern Sharks.

The first game is on Thursday, May 8 at 3 p.m.
