City of Saginaw recently issued the following announcement.
COOPER AVE. ROAD CLOSURE BETWEEN BARNARD AND DELAWARE NOVEMBER 10 - 17, 2021.
Consumers Energy will be working within the right-of-way on Cooper Avenue, between Barnard Street and Delaware Street, requiring a road closure November 10 through November 17. Please follow the detour setup or seek an alternate route if possible.
