City of Saginaw recently issued the following announcement.
CONGRESS AVE. ROAD CLOSURE BETWEEN
DURAND AND STONE
DECEMBER 9 – DECEMBER 17, 2021
Consumers Energy will be installing gas services within the right-of-way on Congress Avenue, between Durand Street and Stone Street, requiring a road closure on Thursday, December 9th until Friday, December 17th .
During this time the eastbound and westbound lanes will be closed to through traffic. Please follow the detour setup or seek an alternate route if possible.
