Michigan voters can now request absentee ballots for November general election

REGISTERED VOTERS IN THE CITY OF CLIO can now request an absentee ballot for the general election on November 8, 2022.

Any registered voter in the City, with no excuse required, can request an absentee ballot online at the Secretary of State website or submit a paper application to the City Clerk Don Dowell.  Individuals can also call or visit the City Clerk or Deputy City Clerk Kelly Sproul in person to request a ballot be sent by mail.

The application period for an absentee ballot begins 75 days before Election Day. The state encourages all applications to be submitted as soon as possible.
