Hickory Hill, LLC has applied for a Commercial Facilities Exemption Certificate from the City of Linden, associated with a proposed development located within the City’s Commercial Rehabilitation District.
A copy of the application and a map of the district is available for inspection at Linden City Hall, located at 132 E. Broad St. Linden, MI 48451. The Linden City Council will be conducting a public hearing as part of the regular City Council meeting on Monday, September 26, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the lower level of the Mill Building at 201 N. Main Street, Linden, Michigan, 48451. The purpose of the hearing is to hear citizens’ comments on the commercial facilities exemption certificate application. Persons wishing to comment may do so at the hearing or written comments should be addressed to the City Clerk, at P.O. Box 507, 132 E. Broad Street, Linden, MI 48451, to be received by Friday, September 23, 2022.
