Changes are coming this month for WIC families who receive formula!!
Beginning October 12th, 2022, the benefit balance on your WIC shopping list and store receipts will start showing as “Infant Formula”. You will be able to redeem any of the formulas listed on the Infant Formula pages of the “Temporary Choices for Powder Formula Effective October 12, 2022”.
(Note: this change does NOT include hypoallergenic or premature formulas being issued for babies with medical conditions. If your baby is receiving a hypoallergenic or premature formula, you will need to contact your doctor and the WIC office to make changes.)
