Don't Weight is a new 8 week program that is grant funded by the Regional Health Equity Council and the Saginaw County Health Department. Registering for a screening with Dr. Allen is mandatory to participate in the Don't Weight Program. The screening and program is free and includes two months of membership at the YMCA, educational programs, access to weekly classes, challenges, pre and post assessments, and more to ensure you reach your weight loss goals.
